• Leads a frontline mine crew through the daily work plan: start-of-shift line-ups, assigning operators to equipment and coaching in the field
• Asks for 2 years of equipment operations experience and 2 or more years leading operations, a high school diploma and a clean driver’s abstract
• Reclamation and project experience are listed as assets
• 12-hour shifts on 3 days, 3 nights and 6 days off
• If you live outside Fort McMurray you must relocate to within 60 km; Suncor lists relocation and housing assistance
• Safety-sensitive role; Suncor gives no pay figure but lists bonuses, a pension and company-paid health benefits
