Superintendent, Renewables (Turbines) (Bird Construction)

Bird Construction is hiring: Superintendent, Renewables (Turbines), Ottawa or Mississauga, ON.

• Coordinates turbine foundations, access roads, crane pads, collector systems, substations and balance-of-plant work on wind projects across Eastern Canada
• Plans turbine deliveries, heavy lifts, installation and commissioning readiness, and keeps the schedule
• Leads site safety, field staff and subcontractors, and handles subcontracts, purchase orders and change notices
• Asks for superintendent experience in renewables, power, industrial or heavy civil construction; wind construction experience is a strong asset
• You must be willing to travel to and work at project sites
• Bird gives no pay figure in the posting
