DIRT PAYS ("we", "us") is a directory of mining & energy issuers and their press releases. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell it. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Analytics (with your consent). We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate traffic. It loads only after you accept the cookie notice, sets no cookies, builds no personal profiles, and does no cross-site tracking. Decline and it never loads.

Information you send us. If you submit a profile-claim or advertising inquiry, we collect the name, email, and message you provide so we can verify and respond to your request.

Server logs. Our host keeps standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser) to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

To operate and secure the site, respond to your inquiries, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your information or use advertising-tracking cookies.

We rely on a privacy-friendly analytics provider and an email-delivery provider to operate these features. Information about issuers shown on the site is factual, publicly available listing information.
