Journeyperson Electrician - Power Generation (Finning)

Finning is hiring: Journeyperson Electrician - Power Generation, Regina, SK (also Saskatoon, Tisdale, Swift Current, Estevan).

• Field role servicing, troubleshooting and repairing heavy electrical and power generation equipment, including load testing generator sets.
• Also involves maintenance and overhauls on natural gas and diesel engines, compressors and generators.
• Wants a journeyperson electrician ticket (Red Seal preferred) and a Class 5 licence; third or fourth year apprentices may be considered.
• Heavy duty mechanics with power generation experience are an asset, and Finning says it will support people working toward a dual ticket.
• Posting lists employer-paid medical, a pension, and Cat-certified training paid for by Finning.

Pay as posted: $42.62 - $51.57 per hour; extra premiums per hour: $3.25 continuous shift, $5.00 field, $3.25 dual ticket; 4% bonus target.
